1 - How to place an order?

Placing an order is easy with THEDEALOUTLET.COM, here’s how:

  1. Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
  2. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the page.
  3. Continue shopping by clicking the “Continue Shopping” icon. When you are ready to place your order, revisit your shopping bag and select “Proceed to Check out”
  4. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  5. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

2 - Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account with THEDEALOUTLET.COM so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wish list and easily place an order.

3 - I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

4 - Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on which delivery option you've chosen: Next Day Delivery, Express - 15 minutes after completing your order. Standard

5 - I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each

6 - What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with The order number The faulty item's name and number.

7- How much will I be charged for shipping?

8 - Do you offer same day delivery?

At present, we unfortunately do not offer a same day delivery. We will inform you once this is possible in due time.

9 - Can I collect my order from The Deal Outlet store?

At present, you are unable to collect your order from our offline stores. We will inform you once this is possible in due time.

10 - Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

11 - How can I track my order?

Thedealoutlet.com will send several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.

Orders are delivered by our courier partner Group Logistics. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, which will allow you to track the delivery.
